Las Primas is Garnacha Negra from Sierra de Gredos, made with six to seven days of carbonic maceration and no added sulphites.
It was incredibly fresh, with pomegranate, raspberry, and crisp fruit throughout. Despite all that fruit, it still had perfume, delicacy, and a mineral edge.
It was juicy, refreshing, and always asking for the next sip. It was not the most complex wine in the world, but that hardly mattered. Delicious.
